STP Migration

Hi, I’m currently experiencing issues trying to migrate from the STP app to the Reckon payroll app. It’s advising that it’s linked to another account, but I’ve only used one account with the Reckon product. Can you please assist. ABN 89 084 479 121. Thanks!
