Remittance Advice Screen Freezes
I use Reckon Accounts Hosted and when I send remittance advices by email, it sends the email and then freezes. Can't exit out of Remittance screen or go to any other screen. Have shut down system and when Reckon is reopened the remittance screen is still there. Any thoughts?

There might be a prompt or window open in the background that is awaiting action. Try pressing Alt and Page Down or Alt and Page Up buttons to bring any windows in the background to the foreground to see if that's the case.

I have had this problem on many occasions the only way out was to exit and end session in the control section and then you have to go back in ...it is very annoying.

There is nothing in the background. This is a very frustrating bug that needs fixing.

This has been reported as happening in our environment also since recent upgrade. We're using Reckon Accts Hosted.
The remittance emails are actually being sent but screen hangs and need to log the user's session out. Can't see any other hidden windows
