Reckon Accounts H&B 2019

Hello

I own the above software version and had to change over OS and Data Disk.

Every time I start up I come to this window: Welcome to Reckon accounts: select one of the following...

Is there a way to solve this so it opens directly

with Business without having to go through the extra step and go to the last closing/or backed up file?

I'd recommend checking out the info in the help guide linked below as it outlines the potential causes and also solutions to this situation.

In particular, I'd recommend ensuring your file name is less than 8 characters in length.
