Are there issues this morning, I'm having issues with it lagging and now it has shut down with error message Reckon Accounts has stopped working

    Hi @JO-ANNE

    There are no widespread issues or outages with Reckon Accounts Hosted today. If you're continuing to experience this behaviour please log off the session in the Hosted control panel in the first instance and then logout of the service entirely for a couple of minutes before logging back in.

    If you're still not having any luck after that, please get in touch with our Hosted support team on 1300 799 150 as soon as possible and one of our technicians will be able to take a closer look.
