I cant edit a payrun

Hi, i cant edit a payrun - it says success, and when i go in the payrun, it gives me the gross totals but i cant see the individual's gross and tax. I need to edit a few of the payruns as they have been sent twice to the ATO.

I've checked out your videos and the payrun wont open up to the individual employees

    Hi @MeganMorris

    Have you switched the pay run back to draft status first?

    If you tap on one of the employee's in the pay run itself does it bring up the balances within that individual pay run for you to view and edit? If not, can you show me a screenshot of where its going wrong or getting stuck for you?
