Failed to mark as paid appearing

I am having problems today. Just completed putting/editing the pay information in (5 staff) but now when I try to mark as paid it says " Failed to mark pay run as paid please try again " but trying again and again doesn't work

HELP! This is the same issue as last week. So I followed the advice to do the pays in the order they appear and was all going well till the end

    Can you please give this another go when you can today and let us know if you still experience this issue.

    Hello I ended up deleting all the pay information / draft run and started again. It all worked this time Thanks Rav
