Hi

I have recently followed the instructions for the migration of a file, of imputing the Reckon Data Migration  team

I had no difficulty in registering the custom conversion team, but am having difficulty inputting the Standard conversion team

I enter the required email address reckon_support@odyssey-resources.com at step 1. And receive the message

Incompatible user reckon_support@odyssey-resources.com

Please help in resolving the issue
