Problem logging in

When I try to log in, I can't type in the authentication code as no keypad appears on my device. Before this happened. I was asked to update the software which I did.

    Hi Dianne,

    If you tap in the field to enter your MFA code is it not bringing up your phone's on-screen keyboard?

    Are you using the standard keyboard functionality/app on your phone or are you using some other keyboard app?

    Hi Rav,

    Thank you for your reply. Yes, it wasn't bringing up the keyboard. I messaged you after 11 attempts, but later on I tried it again and it worked! So not sure what had happened.
