install program on new laptop

I've tried to install the Reckon 2013 Home & Business Personal Plus on my new laptop using the original program disk but after running the autorun exe file I keep getting a popup message stating "This App has been blocked for your protection. An administrator has blocked you from running this app. For more information, contact the administrator" what can I do ?
