Adding copies of bills to Reckon Accounts

I am trying to find information that relates to Hosted/Enterprises Desktop not Reckon One.
I can see how to set up a bill payment and pay it, but can I attach a copy of the bills due to my Reckon Hosted account, π€ like you can in Xero, it makes it so much easier to see the bill quickly, rather than searching my harddrive for it.
Sorry I found where to put this in the Reckon Hosted area, but could not figure out how to delete it here :-(

You can attach a link to it but not the actual PDF - you can also attach the PDF in Quickbooks online, and itβs a very good feature. Iβm not sure how to attach the link, itβs a bit difficult, or at least was when I tried it. On the top of the Bill windows there is a link button, but from memory the originals have to be stored in a folder somewhere on the PC or an online cloud folder

The help guide that outlines how to use the Links functionality in Reckon Accounts & Reckon Accounts Hosted is linked below -

I use Quickbooks online for my son, but definitely prefer Reckon Hosted. Whist the bills feature is good there are many things that Reckon does so much better

Just to note, Intuit's "QuickBooks Online" is another entirely separate accounting program & is not related to Reckon Accounts π¬

Okay did not know that, as I am sure I started off with Quickbook about 25 years ago, and assumed Reckon bought it

that is correct in a fashion, but Quickbooks online has nothing to do with Reckon and is a totally different program. Nothing is the same

@Barbara Allen-Guthrie Yes, Reckon initially had licence to provide the "QuickBooks" program here in Australia.
This original agreement came to an end a number of years ago & by negotiation, Intuit agreed to Reckon continuing to provide/develop it, being granted licence to the original base coding for the next 100 years. However, Intuit wanted to bring their own Cloud solution - "QuickBooks Online" - to the Australian market so Reckon were no longer able to continue using the "QuickBooks" name, hence the name change back then to "Reckon Accounts".
So ... in a nutshell, "Reckon Accounts" is the base code of the old "QuickBooks" but is Reckon's product & "QuickBooks Online" is Intuit's own version of Xero.
