Change over of STP log in details

Morning, our Payroll lady is leaving and currently is set up on her phone app to get a linking code when she logs in to the STP to input the reports. How do i remove her from the system & add in myself & my phone app - to get the linking code? our old accountant set her up so I have no idea on how to do that either. Thank you.

This is super easy. First you'll need to revoke the existing MFA from the account and I'll link a step by step guide that will walk you through how to do that below -

Once the existing MFA is revoked, the next time you access GovConnect you'll be asked to setup a new MFA. You can then set your own.
