Upgraded to premium. But getting view mode only.

We upgraded from the Basic plan to Premium Plan on 9/3/2023.
But we are still getting the following message on the web:
'Payroll web access is a premium feature. You're in view-only mode currently'.
Our login email address is [email protected].
But our gmail account is different.

Are you using the latest version of the Payroll App? The current version is 6.0.99. Please check your app store for any updates available for you to download.
Secondly, can you try the following in the app;
Go into the Settings menu ➡ tap on Restore Purchases. Confirm if the purchase you made via your app store is synced successfully.

Hi Rav, Thanks for looking into this issue.
Yes. We had the Payroll App version 6.0.97. Now we have upgraded to the version 6.0.99.
When I tried to ' Restore Purchases', I got the message:
Unable to restore purchases
Response not successful: Received status code 400

Can you please logout of your Payroll App account then log back in now and let me know if you are able to access premium features in the app.
