Reckon Accounts Personal 2022 Keeps Crashing

Hi all. Hope someone can help me with this, because I'm pulling my hair out.

I tried to open my Reckon Personnal accounts 2021 this morning, to record some transactions. I last used the software on Friday 14th April with no problems. Today the software carashed after I entered my personal password. Crashed as in the software closed completely. After several PC restarts (as in Windows 10, fully updated, on a 3 year old i7 intel processor PC with 32Gig of RAM), I decided to uninstall Reckon Personal 2021 and reinstall. This I did, but then had to call Reckon to activatie the new install. To cut a long story short, the Reckon staffer told me to download Reckon 2022, and he guided me through that process and got it activated. So I now have Reckon Personal 2022 on my computer - but it crashes in exactly the same ways as my original 2021 software did. At this stage I was put through to Technical Suppoort. They couldn't get Reckon 2022 working either, and told me to come to the community website. Here I am.


HELP!!!!! Anyone got a solution for this?
