My STP records are showing PENDING on 2 uploads with new employee details.

Both of these files had the new employee in it for the first time. All other files uploaded after these show as SUCCESS.


Is there anything I need to do since they have stayed showing PENDING for a couple of months?

    Hi Rachel

    Just to clarify, did the subsequent submissions that came back as successful also include the new employee?

    Single Touch Payroll is reported on a YTD basis only so your later submissions that were successful have already updated the YTD balances of the employees included in those newer submissions. Provided the new employee was also included in the later submissions their YTD balances will also be up to date.

    I've just checked and the YTD balances are all correct, the future submissions did include the new emplyoee, so I won't worry about it further.
