We've got a really good range of Reckon One training content that can help you get started.
Check out the Reckon Training Academy linked below which is a free portal with a range of webinars, tutorials and workbooks that will help you get up to speed with Reckon One.
I'd also recommend taking a look at our Reckon One how-to video playlist which contains a list of short, sharp instructional videos for a number of common (and some not so common!) tasks, linked below -
I'd also recommend keeping our Help Guide handy as it contains a heap of really good articles -
Also, it might be worth reaching out to a Reckon Accredited Partner in your area for consultation and training if needed. Our Accredited Partner network is made up of accountants and bookkeepers who are certified in Reckon products and can usually provide insights & advice that we (Reckon) are not able to such as specialised tax advice for example.

The Sign Up page isn’t working for Reckon Training Academy. It flicks up on the screen very briefly and then goes to the log in page. How do I sign up please.

We're currently in the process of reworking our Reckon Training Academy so the link posted last year above will no longer work unfortunately.
In the interim, I'd recommend checking out our how-to guides on our help site HERE which contains detailed walkthroughs on common tasks and features.
