    Hi @JohnWW

    Can you let us know which Reckon software you're using that this question relates to.

    Cheers

    Hi Rav,

    I'm using Reckon One to set a personal budget and manage my personal finances. I'm new to this product and sometimes I make a mistake and the budgeted amount gets applied to all accounts instead of the selected account. The only way I can fix that is to start from the beginning!

    Thanks for confirming @JohnWW

    In Reckon One when you're allocating various amounts to an account you can select the Revert button to undo the changes made since the last save. I'll add quick screen recording below as an example (click on it for a larger view).

    Thanks Rav.

    Does that mean Reckon One does not automatically save as you go along? So if I have made, say, 10 entries without manually saving and I lose the internet connection will I find that those 10 entries have not been saved?

    I have connected my credit cards and bank accounts. I want to change the date range for the transactions to download to Reckon One. How do I do this?

    All of your Reckon One data is stored in the cloud.

    To clarify, when you are creating certain things such as invoices, pay runs, budgets etc saving finalises that particular task.

    All I want to do is ensure that for each bank and credit card account, the data will be downloaded into Reckon One from 1 July 2022. At 30 June 2023 I want to see my expenditure for each expense account and use this to create an expense budget for FY 2023-24.

    @JohnWW

    This depends on your feed.

    If you setup a feed via Yodlee you will be able to pull in historical data however if you've setup a direct feed ie. directly from your bank, Reckon One will only be able to pull in data from the date your feed was activated.

    I'd recommend giving our Reckon One support team a buzz on 1300 756 663 or lodge a ticket HERE and we can have a technician take a look at your book to ensure things are setup correctly for your requirements.
