Change from Reckon Accounts Desktop to Reckon One

Customer ID 1256856. Currently have RA Desktop licensed to Nov-2023.

Business is now closed. I am now retired. Will not be renewing RA, after expiry will only use for reports etc

Looking to change to Reckon One, commencing 01-July-2023. Will not need to migrate data, just start new file. Can I do it with current ID and PIN ? Or create a new customer account ?

I tried to get the Reckon One trial. Would not let me logon with current ID and PIN. I know I have the password correct, can logon the customer portal correctly

    To start a Reckon One book you'll just need to create an account on the Reckon Portal by registering here - https://portal.reckon.com/#/register

    The login for the Members Area ie. Customer ID & PIN are separate and won't work on the Reckon Portal unfortunately.

    Let me know if you have any trouble with registering.
