I am not getting responses on my queries for last few days!

The users that are Reckon users getting frustrated .

Rav, can you check please , i will also call my management contacts in Reckon.

    I have sent few requests to Reckon api email, and we cannot see and automatic acknowledgement any more

    This is critical for Reckon users of Cosmic , can we get this looked at.
