Pay fortnight ends 30/6 but payrun done 3/7, which financial year does it fall in?
We work on fortnightly pay cycles of Sat - Fri will payrun done on the following Monday. The last one for this financial year will mean that pay cycle finishes on Friday 30/6 but payrun won't be processed until Monday 3/7. How does this work for EOFY? Will it fall in 2022-2023 financial year or 2023-2024? Do we need to run a special payrun on Friday 30/6 to avoid any issues?

Hi Jodie
The pay date is the determining factor on where the pay run belongs. So in your example, it sounds like the pay date is 3 July which means that this specific pay run will belong in the 2023/24 financial year.
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year everyone! 🎅🎆
I'm on leave from 23 December and back on deck again January 6th.
