Employee set up for timesheets

I have a new employee who I have sent an invitation to be able to access Reckon so she can fill in her timesheets. However, she is getting the message username already created.

Is there a way around this, or is she doing something in error

    Hi @CSSPandC

    If you're encountering that message it likely means there is already an account under the email address that you're trying to invite to the book.

    Is that the case for this specific email address?
