I installed Reckon Accounts 2023 this morning and got a microsoft error. When I rang tech support I was told I had to uninstall Reckon Accounts 2022.

    Hi Kev,

    What was the specific Microsoft error you encountered?

    I'm assuming the uninstall of the previous version was recommended as part of troubleshooting depending on what the issue was.

    Did 2023 install successfully after doing so?
