This ABN has STP submissions sent under it previously so it cannot be deleted. Do you have a new account that you're using which you'd like this ABN to be under?

Yes the current administator's details are the account <removed>.

The previous administrator was <removed> and her name was Samantha I believe but she is no longer affiliated with the organisation.

Thanks for confirming. Ok from what you've described it sounds like you want the ownership of the existing STP entity changed. We can certainly do that however there are strict security requirements around this as I'm sure you can understand.

To kick things off, I'd recommend that you obtain a signed statutory declaration requested by the authority of the ABN and signed by either a JP or other approved witness. Once you've got that, get in touch with our support team and they'll be able to get things moving in terms of getting the STP entity changed over from the current account its under to the new account, so you can start using it for submissions.
