SMS MFA Code not accepting

We're in process of migrating to Hosted from Desktop - Have setup a new user with MFA (using SMS)

They receive the code very quickly but in the web page/popup to enter the code and press Submit, it does nothing - no errors, no spinners - nothing.

Have tried refreshing page and closing all browsers and re-opening

Am using Win 10 Pro with Latest EDGE version

Anyone else having issues ?

Am going to try with another user and PC

    Morning Alex,

    I just tried this out on Hosted by adding a new MFA to my account and it seemed to work ok (I used Chrome). Does the same thing happen if you try on the same PC but a different browser?

    Hi Rav - This is interesting - confirmed it is working for other users on their computers (all PCs are the same config & browser and in same network)

    I have also managed to get this user's MFA working when in a Private Window. So I've then cleared his cache and disabled all extensions on his browser - but no different - Developer console is getting a 403 error response to the post call when i hit the submit button.

    I haven't tried Chrome - but only cos i know it works in Edge for everyone else normally and even for him when in private mode (so wouldn't seem to be related to his profile)

    At least i know it's our issue though and can also rule out issues at Reckon's end so will keep playing as time permits
