why do some of the superannuation show up on payslips and others dont. have tried to put them in but some do not show up

Can you give me a bit more detail on this.
Are you referring to custom superannuation items you've created yourself in Reckon One or the default SG item?
What items are currently appearing on the payslip and what isn't?
i have a couple of employees who didnt give me their super details on the first pay. now i have them and when i enter them into the employee payroll system and also enter the employee number into the Superannation Account section it still does not show up
when i do a pay run the superannuation is not showing up on their payslips
