Creating STP file

I have just run my first pay for the 23/24 year. It was only 1 person (Director) and I already completed the Migration Successfully. I tried to export a report to the Reckon Customer Portal to report STP2, but it won't pick up the report. There are no errors, no messages, it just won't pick it up.
I manage x 2 companies in the software. It worked for 1 company but not the other. The difference being Directors Fees. Is there something else I am missing?

Can I just confirm that you actioned the 'Complete Migration Assistant' step after you finished inputting the new data for your employees and pay items?
There's info in this toward the end of the Migration Assistant how-to video which I'll link below -

Compare the setup for the wages item Directors fees with the payroll item in the company file that worked, screen by screen. I sometimes use my phone to take a photo of each step and then compare
