ABN already registered

Hello,
created a new email and tried to add my new abn, but its already registered.
please help

The reason that message is appearing is because that ABN has already been registered to an account.
I've just had a look and I can see this ABN was registered to a Payroll App account a couple of weeks ago. You need to sign in to the Payroll App under the same email address that was used initially to create the account. Once you do that, you'll be able to access the account as normal.

That was a newly created email [email protected]
i lost the password for the email and cannot access the email to reset the payroll password as well.
Which is why i created a new email and want to link this ABN. This new ABN has not sent any payruns yet.
