Error entering/processing Payroll

Hi,

We are using the new version of Reckon Hosted and we are getting this error message when entering our payroll data.

'Reckon Accounts Unrecoverable Error'

Code: 0034359573

Is anyone else getting the same error or does anyone have any suggestions to correct this.

It shuts you straight out of Reckon if you click on the close button and you then have to logged back in and start all over again.
