STP Phase 2 Migration - Allowances

Hi, I am trying to update my STP Phase 2, I'm in the migration assistant and it hasn't recognised the allowances that i have set up. I am wanting to do pays today, what can i do.

I worked on this all day yesterday and my goodness it is so stressfull, I might have to end up getting an easier program.

    Hi @cmgreen

    Can you give us a bit more detail on what you mean by the allowances aren't being recognised.

    Are they not appearing in the Migration Assistant when you progress to the Prepare Allowances screen, is there an error appearing or is something else occurring?

    Do you have active allowance items setup in your payroll items and how are they setup?

    The are in my payroll items list. I went into Employees, Manage Payroll Items , New Payroll Item and st the allowances up through that. Perhaps i am not setting it up in the right section.

    They are not appearing my migration assistant when i progress to Prepare Allowance screen, there is no error and there is nothing occuring. They are set up in my items paroll list.
