Reckon Hosted - Printing Statements causing Reckon to crash

Good Morning

Each time I go to print a statement in reckon hosted for a customer it starts preparing hundreds of pages then the system crashes. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

I've selected statement date

Statement Period

Then one customer.

I just tried this out in my test file and seemed to work normally.

I checked and I use Reckon Standard Statement Template with our Logo JPG added. No dots or dashes. It still is not working.
