Chart of Accounts - Item Numbers gone

in Reckon Accounts (Desktop)

Hi, does anyone know how to get the numbers back for the Items in the Chart of Accounts. Since doing the upgrade they have disappeared.

    Edit, Preferences, Accounting tab to Company Preferences and at the top tick use Use Account Numbers
