Home & Business 2012 transfer to new Hard Drive & will not open

I have just had a new hard drive installed on my Windows PC and now I cannot open Quicken Home & Business 2012. The data file and program have all been transferred to the new hard drive but I am getting a message saying "this is not the computer that program was originally installed in", but it is, except all data has been transferred to a new hard drive. I have spoken to Reckon and have been told to post here and my problem will be addressed. Please help.
