MFA setting

Reckon One

When I'm logging in as our admin account, it's asking me to do MFA and I only have text option. Where could I set Google Authenticator for the account?

    Hi @Syscogent

    If you already have MFA setup on your account with the SMS option then you'll need to revoke that existing MFA first. You can do this by following the steps in our help guide HERE.

    Once its been revoked, the next time you login to the Reckon Portal - you'll be asked to setup MFA again where you can select the option to do so via authenticator app.

    All worked well
