Edit employee in payrun
I am trying to edit the hours worked in a draft payrun before I process it incorrectly and I can’t access the information
This is the message
Something went wrong
We can't complete your request. Reload the page or log out if the issue persists.
Reload
Logout
if you reload it goes back to the beginning of the message if you logout the screen is frozen and I have to shut down my phone and reopen and log in again - I have been in and out about 50 times over the last 13 hours and nothing changes

Does the pay run switch over to draft status successfully? ie. does this error message appear when you're trying to edit the hours itself within the pay run for the employee or when trying to switch the pay run over to draft?
If you access your Payroll App account on the web at https://payroll.reckon.com/ and try to edit that pay run there, does the same thing happen?
Finally, are you on the latest version of the app? The current version is 6.2.44. If not, please grab the latest update from your app store and try again after that. Does the same issue persist?

yes the pay run switched/ opens to draft and picks up either last pay (which was holiday pay / this would be an overpayment) or ordinary pay ( which will get an under payment ) I want to change the hours so I go into employee and edit pick up ordinary and press arrow I should be able to edit the hours and then up comes the message / to get out I have to shut down my phone and start again - getting very frustrated there must be a fault in the app. Also need to run pay today 25th

Glad to hear you were able to access it correctly using the web version Fiona.
The next time you have to do a pay run, can you please try it out on the mobile app and let me know if you're still running into this issue?
