Why can I access my book on Reckon Mate App?

I have accepted my invitation to Reckon Mate App and once logged into the app, I get the message "No employee access to any books" . How do I rectify this?

    Just wanted to loop back to you on this for a quick update. I'm really happy to let you know the long wait is over and the new Reckon Mate update is now available (version 2.0.43) 🎉

    This update gives Reckon Mate a fresh new look but more importantly, it allows our customers who have upgraded from Reckon One and/or Payroll Premier to utilise the app for their employees.

    Please ensure your employees have downloaded the latest version of the Reckon Mate app from their Apple App Store or Google Play Store (links below) and once done, you can invite them from their profile in your Reckon Payroll.

    We're just finalising the mobile apps for our customers who are upgrading to Reckon Payroll from Reckon One and Payroll Premier (desktop) at the moment and it shouldn't be too far off.

    I am still getting the message "No employee access to any books". Are there still issues with the Reckon Mate app?

    I'm really sorry, we were hoping to have Reckon Mate out for our users who have migrated over from Reckon One & Payroll Premier by now however we hit some snags during testing which has taken a fair chunk of time & resources to fix up.

    The good news is, the new update that will allow our users who have recently migrated to Reckon Payroll from either Reckon One or Payroll Premier isn't too far off, I believe there is one task left for the team to finish up before we can get it out. I'll keep you posted on this and I'll also have announcements here on Community as soon as its ready as well.


    Just separately, I'd also recommend hitting the Follow button on the new Reckon Payroll Announcements category so you get notified of important info & announcements for Reckon Payroll as soon as they're published 🙂
