Reckon Mate app not available on new version of Android

Hi. I have sent a Reckon Mate invitation to one of my employees (myself as a test), however, when I went to download Reckon Mate on my Samsung phone, it says "This app isn't available for your device because it was made for an older version of Android".

Is this correct?

    Can I just confirm which version of Android you're running on your Samsung phone? You'll find this in Settings ➡️ About Phone ➡️ Software Information

    Yes, That's correct. The application is not support the latest android version. This will be fixed in the next release which we are hoping to release it in Q4. Sorry for all inconvenience this may caused.

    Hi @Kristy

    I know its been a fair while since your post but I just wanted to give you an update a new Reckon Mate update is now available (version 2.0.43).

    This update gives Reckon Mate a fresh new look but more importantly will resolve the incompatibility issue with certain Android version such as what you highlighted.

    Please ensure your employees have downloaded the latest version of the Reckon Mate app from their Apple App Store or Google Play Store (links below) and once done, you can invite them from their profile in your Reckon Payroll.
