STP2 Up grade stuck on GovConnect access
When I follow the green banner link to up grade I get a message that there is an issue with my account requiring GovConnect Entity not found or that i don't have authority ask admin for access. I don't get that STP has been working fine. Any help appreciated please.

Are you the owner of the book or has it been shared with you?
If its the latter, do you have admin or payroll admin level access to the book? There's a bit of info on this and how to resolve in our guide here -
If you're the owner/admin of the book though and also have the associated STP entity for your ABN in the same account as well then there shouldn't be any reason you can't access the Reckon Payroll upgrade but let me know if this persists.

Hi Rav thanks for responding I go to roles and see 1 admin user which my email (not shared with anyone else) hence yes I am owner/admin of the book but the STP entity how do I check this. I do recall registering with ATO when setting up the STP connect

Good stuff, thanks for checking that @Tree61, it sounds like you've got the right access.
Can I get you check one other thing, open your Reckon One book and go to Settings ➡️ Book Settings ➡️ Branch Number, check that you have 001 listed in that field.
If you don't, enter it in and then retry opening Reckon Payroll.
