I am a Cloud Advisor and I am trying print/export pdf a financial report in Reckon One.

In the report section I do not have the Box "Export PDF" to click on beside the refresh button as shown in all the help screens that I have viewed?

How Can I see/add this button.

Thanks Arthur

Ok, I have a feeling this could be related to the role you've been given. Are you the owner/admin of the book or has it been shared with you from your client?

If you go into Settings ➡️ Roles ➡️ Select your role and confirm what access you have. In particular, check that you have the Export option ticked for Financial Reports

Below is a screenshot I've taken from my own test book which I'm the owner & admin so I have the admin role. This has the export options switched on by default for all reporting.

    Hi @tollers

Which specific report are you experiencing this on?

I've just tried checking out my own book and it seemed to be ok in the sense that the Export to PDF button appeared in all of the reports in the Financial dropdown.

    Hmmm that's very odd 🤔 I can't say I've seen that before.

Have you been able to export these reports previously without issue or is this the first time you're trying to do so?

If you logout of Reckon One altogether, close your browser and then log back in does the same behaviour persist?

Which browser are you using? Does the same thing occur if you attempt on a different browser as a test?

This is the first time trying to print/export report.

Same thing when I log out of chrome and back in.

Same thing for EDGE n FIREFOX.

    Thanks

    Thanks Rav

Thought it would have to be in the settings somewhere.

I was invited in by the client.

I shall get them to check out the settings/permissions they have given me.

I shall advise you of any outcome.

    Thanks Arthur
