Revoke my MFA from my previous phone so I can create it on my desktop

Hi there,
My phone broke over the weekend (water damaged) the calls and txts still work, however all apps have been disabled and unable to re-install them.
Every time I log in to Reckon to do my STP's it takes me straight to the MFA Code to enter. How do i revoke old MFA to get new one installed on my desktop using Authenticator?

Apologies, yes you're absolutely correct. With the recent changes to MFA (info HERE) the section to revoke using the Recovery PIN isn't accessible at the moment.
This is something our dev team are working on re-establishing very soon so that you're able to revoke MFA yourself if you no longer have access to the existing MFA source.
In the meantime, please give our support team a call and they can arrange removing the existing MFA from your account ASAP.

You can revoke your existing MFA from your account if you have your current MFA source (which doesn't sound like you have anymore) or your Recovery PIN.

If you don't have either of the above, then please give our support team a call and they can organise removing your existing MFA after a quick security check.

Sorry, forgot to mention that when I sign in/log on, it takes me straight to the MFA page and everything else is greyed out.
