Hi @727019
Can you please send me a private message with the name of the employee you're trying to update in your Reckon Payroll book along with the updated details/info you're trying to enter when it returns this error.
I've got my dev team taking a look at this so would like to include your case if possible.
Cheers

Hi Rav,
Excuse my ignorance I'm new to reckon community, what is the process to send a private message?

No worries at all, just click my name and select the Message button on my profile card that pops up.

Hi Rav,
Just following up on the status of a fix for not being able to update an employee's bank details? With every payrun I have to remember to manually change the employee's banking details when the ABA file has been loaded at the bank. Thanks Bernadette

Hi Rav,
Yes I am, I go into the employee file select banking details, select x then select the new bank, enter BSB & Account but when I save I still get the same error as before.

Hmm ok that's odd, there was an update that included the fix for this a little while ago.
I've sent through an access request to your book, can you please take a look and grant access when you can and I'll get this over to devs to take another look.

Hi Rav,
I have granted access

Thanks for that Bernadette.
I've just went in and had a look and yes I can still see the same error which is disappointing ☹️
I've the put the details of this together into a case and sent it over to my dev team to investigate further. I will let you know as soon as I have word back.

Hi Bernadette
My dev team are working on addressing this issue at the moment and as part of that they'd like to investigate your example specifically. I've sent through a new access request to your book so if you could please grant access again when you have a chance that would be super appreciated and I'll get my devs on this ASAP.
