Can’t Mark s Paid As Claims an Employee is Archived.

Ive tried for the past few days to submit my weekly payrun. Each time i press submit a window opens (as attached). I have made no changes to staff details since last weeks payrun. All employees are current and not archived. Please assist.

    Hi @TLee

    Can you head into the Settings menu and check if the Default Super Fund in the Superannuation Funds section, or any super pay items in the Pay Items menu are archived. If so, reactivate them and once done try completing your pay run again.
