when I make the pay run, the super goes to Default Super Fund not employee's fund

Hi,

Please help me to solve this issue. I have set up the superfund for 3 employees, but when i make the pay run, The superannuation of one employee keep going to default fund although I have nominated the his fund. Your early response is much appreciated.

I think we'll need a bit more info on the setup of the specific super fund and how its been assigned to the employee profile.

Just to check off the basics though, have you followed the process outlined in our how-to video on creating a super fund and assigning it to an employee (linked below).

Also, can you confirm where you are seeing super balances being attributed to the Default Super Fund?
