Cannot print a payroll detail report

We have been having this problem the last 2 weeks and it was working fine before that. we get this error message when trying to print or export to pdf the payroll detail report and it opens up in a new page with this error message

Is this error message appearing when trying to export/print the Payroll Detail Report from within Reckon Payroll itself OR the companion Reckon One book you have access to as part of your upgrade to Reckon Payroll from Payroll Premier?

Thanks @Saz02h we've got the team looking into this at the moment and I think a fix shouldn't be too far off.

In the meantime though, if you switch over to your companion Reckon One book and generate the same report there, it should export/print ok.

It is still not working for us in reckon payroll

can you please send thru instructions how to print that report in the book. where is it located?

its ok i have worked it out. any word when it will be fixed in payroll side of things

Great work @Saz02h, the fix for this shouldn't too far off. A fix has been developed yesterday and just going through testing at the moment.

If that goes well then we'll push it through to Reckon Payroll shortly after. I'll keep you posted as soon as I get confirmation that its live 🙂
