Error message HTTP ERROR 406 when export payroll leave balance

Hi,

I try to export payroll leave balance report today, there is error message "HTTP ERROR 406".

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

    Hi @Patrick_8319167

    We've got the team looking into this at the moment and I think a fix shouldn't be too far off.

    In the meantime though, if you switch over to your companion Reckon One book and generate the same report there, it should export/print ok.

    Just wanted to give you a quick update to advise the issue with exporting reports is now resolved and uou'll be able to export reports from Reckon Payroll normally.

    Sing out if you still have any trouble with it.
