Slow loading time since updating notebook

Hi All

Since updating my notebook, the accounts package takes for ever to load, is there an archive option available. I cant see one on the menu or an option in the help search

    Hi @Darren

    What seems to be taking longer to load specifically? Is it when you're doing something within the software eg. an invoice, processing a pay run etc OR is it the launch of the software itself?

    Do you usually perform routine maintenance on your file?

    Its very slow loading ( launching the Program ) and No I'm unsure how I would carry out maintenance!

    In saying that my accountant has added a passcode making it impossible to alter anything, she has since left the business without giving me the code Grrr
