Inventory Valuation Detail Report - Reckon Accounts Hosted

Has there been a recent change or update to the system? I have been using this report for a couple of years with no problem, the most recent being 2 months ago, but this week I seem to be having issues. The report generates perfectly in the system, however, exporting it to excel appears to not be working correctly. I am getting different totals in the export.

Can anyone please advise what parameters I need to check to correct this?

    Hi @CherieD

    Are you using Reckon Accounts Desktop (which this post has been created under) or Reckon Accounts Hosted?

    Do you have multiple exported reports saved in the one location and do they all have a similar naming convention? ie. is there a chance you may have opened the wrong export?

    Hi Rav,

    It is Reckon Accounts Hosted, I realised I had posted this in the wrong place after the fact.

    I do have multiple exported reports saved, however, I have definitely opened the correct export. I use this particular report every 3 months and have had no issues until now. I have attempted to export this multiple times and continue to have the same issue. It is a large report as I am looking at all movement on inventory items from inception.

    When you're exporting this report, are you doing so to an existing workbook or a new one each time?

    Also, after you download the export from Hosted are you viewing the exported file in Edit Mode/Editing Enabled as opposed to the protected view? There's more info on this HERE.

    I am exporting to a new workbook each time and viewing in edit mode.

    I should mention that I am also exporting other reports without issue, it so far just seems to be this particular one.

    Hmm ok, that's interesting.

    If its ok with you can I get you shoot me a private message with a copy of the export file that you're seeing this occur on, along with a full screenshot of the same report as it appears on-screen in Hosted.
