Cant load pay run

For some reason all of a sudden whilst processing pay run actually before this i was amending a pay amount for a new employee and it has started saying you dont have access, not authorised then it lets me go back in after shutting down and re starting pc. then it does not let me access a draft pay run. Very frustrating.
