New employee leave not updating
I have added two new employees and notice their annual leave and personal leave is not updating even thought it is set up the same as all other staff.
Thoughts on why it is not updating automatically.

Can you please check if the Earning type that you created for those employees has the annual leave and personal leave accrual enabled. This can be checked as in the screenshot attached below -

These settings are for all employees? and yes the new employees have the same as all other staff but for some reason there leave is not being accumulated - any other suggestions please?

Do the two new employees have the annual and personal leave items assigned to them in their profile? ie. if you go their profile and select the Leave tab, do you see the items listed there? Example below.
If you don't have the leave items assigned to the employee you can do so by selecting the Add Leave Entitlement option
Are you using a custom annual and personal leave item or just the default items? Can you give us a bit more info on your setup, screenshots would be really helpful as well.

Yes - they are set up like the other staff - I have had to manually put in the leave hours after a pay run

Are you using a custom annual and personal leave item or just the default items?
I think we might need to take a closer look at your setup for these two employees and what's different about them in comparison to your other employees.
Can you please give our support team a call when you have a chance and one of our tech's will be able to assist.
