Cloud Software

Hi,

I have been asked to look into the differnt cloud solution options for our accounting software. We currently use Reckon Accounts Premier. Could someone please give me a brief breakdown of the difference between Reckon One and Reckon Accounts Hosted? Also we have multiple entities so does that mean we have to pay for each entity or does it all come under the one charge.

With Reckon One and Reckon Hosted do you have to pay for each entity that we have, or do you just pay for the number of users?

Good question, they actually have differing pricing models.

Reckon One is billed per individual book and you can multiple users access that book if you wish.

Reckon Accounts Hosted on the other hand is billed per user licence. Each individual user who requires access to the account must have their own licence.
