Yes you most certainly can.

Simply share the companion Reckon One book AND the associated STP entity from GovConnect with the person you'd like to have access.

A couple of things to note; the shared user will need their own Reckon Portal account which they can register for free at https://portal.reckon.com

Please confirm if the software that you're using is Reckon One - Payroll or Reckon Payroll (App/Web).

You can share the company file in Reckon One - Follow the steps mentioned in the article - How to share your Reckon One book with the Reckon Data Migration Team - Reckon Help and Support Centre

And if it is Reckon Payroll (App/Web), Unfortunately, there is no way to share the file as it is specific to user.

I find the terminology of the two products confusing.

I am using Reckon Payroll after being migrated from Payroll Premier. As part of the Reckon Payroll subscription I now have access to Reckon One. I can open the Payroll from the Reckon Portal directly or open Reckon One first and access payroll.

So, am I using Reckon Payroll Web or Reckon One Payroll?

To clarify, your software solution is now Reckon Payroll and as you've mentioned you also have access to a companion Reckon One book as well with your migration from Payroll Premier.

There have been a couple of products that have migrated to Reckon Payroll which might have added a little confusion/complexity but moving forward, we'll only refer to it as Reckon Payroll 🙂
