My mouse has stopped working in Reckon hosted

Good morning

When logging in this morning, my mouse will not open anything on the home screen, can't open a sales order. can't even access the item list or any drop downs. Have logged in and out a couple of times to no avail. Any suggestions please.

    Hi @Royce

    Just to clarify does this only occur after your file opens in Reckon Accounts Hosted?

    If you switch to a different tab or program on your PC does your mouse work normally? When you logged out did you also close the active session in your Hosted control panel?

    Is your mouse wireless/bluetooth or connected directly to your PC? If you disconnect your mouse then reconnect does it work?
